Durham, North Carolina – Citadel coach Duggar Bowcomb collapsed one minute after Monday night’s game against the No. 5 Duke and medical staff helped him get off the ground.

The 61-year-old Bocum fell along the sideline with Duke leading 3-2 and left 18:57 in the first half. He was conscious as he entered the tunnel. There was no immediate word on whether he had been taken to hospital.

Castle’s Hayden Brown scored an offensive rebound just before play was stopped for Bowcomb, who is in his seventh season at school.

Jack Castleberry, Associate Technical Director, took charge of The Citadel seat.
