Get ready to enjoy the shock of a cold Saturday morning
Get ready to enjoy a cool Saturday morning. A cold front passed paving the way for a 30-degree temperature drop tonight.
Temperatures drop rapidly into the 40s by 9pm and drop to the mid-30s as the sun rises.
The beaches will drop into the upper 40s. Areas around the Suwannee Valley and inland southern Georgia are subject to a frost advisory from 4 a.m. to 8 a.m. tomorrow.
This weekend will be dry with mostly sunny skies on Saturday and cooler highs in the 60s and lows in the 40s.
Sunday will be more murky as another dry front rushes in overnight to keep temps in their 60s until at least Thursday next week. Morning lows remain cool in the upper 30s through mid-40s.
The gradual warming trend kicks off Wednesday with temperatures hitting their lowest level in the 1970s at the end of the work week.
